Great Service from Template Monster!

Just a short note to thank a company who obviously holds their customers in high regard. To cut a long story short, I had a client who was in real estate and not too Internet savvy – although sharp as a nail otherwise – who wanted a new website. I was given a template number at Template Monster and sufficient funds to cover the cost and purchased said template, only to find it was not a real estate template but intended for a restaurant business. The client had chosen it on aesthetic appeal alone. I did attempt to use it but there were no suitable images and on consideration by the client (and embarrassment I think) I declined to develop the template and came to an amicable arrangement with the client, which left me stuck with a useless template that cost several hundred dollars.

I contacted the template supplier, Template Monster who despite the fact that several months had gone by and the MotoCMS template was part used (not published however) were keen to assist. Not only did they offer to change it, they simply gave me a full credit for any new MotoCMS template I wanted – some cost slightly more than the one I bought!

There was no obligation on their part to replace the template but they were nice enough to do so without any fuss. SO here’s a salut to the people at http://www.TemplateMonster.com who helped me out, in particular, Mark Woods and Kostas Snider – cheers fellas!
